Join us this year for the 15th annual All Ohio Catholic Cross
Country Championships! Every catholic
high school in Ohio is invited to attend this prestigious meet. Out-of-state teams will also be considered.
The meet features a "Championship" race for the title of All-Ohio Champion (and the
traveling trophy), as well as a less competitive "Varsity" race . We allow
Div. II/III schools to choose the Championship race if desired, as well as Div.
I schools to choose the Varsity race.
We will try to accommodate everyone's desires, but we need to ensure
that both races have good-sized fields.
We also allow "B" teams to compete, but they must run in the same race
as your "A" team. "B" teams can consist
of 1 to 7 runners. "B" teams of less
than 5 will not score, but this allows you to run more than your top 7 runners
head-to-head. To simplify scoring, a
team's first 7 finishers will be scored as the "A" team. All other finishers will be "B" team.
A Pasta
Dinner
will be held on Friday evening, September 25th at the Kettering Middle
School, adjacent to the course. We will
begin serving at 6:00pm. This event
will be open to teams, coaches, and family members. Tickets will
be sold at the door. The cost will be $5.00 per person, children
10 and under will be
admitted free. A social room will be
set up with music, allowing the athletes to meet with each other in a
friendly
atmosphere. Dinner will be served until
approximately 8:30pm. Race awards will
be on display and meet T-shirts will be sold.
