Running Log

Everyone should keep a running log.  A running log is a day-by-day diary of your activities.  You should include all of your running, along with any other fitness activities (e.g. swimming, cycling, other cross-training)  Record the length of time of your run and an estimate of the miles you ran. is a free online running log that Carroll Cross Country team members should use.  Go to and sign-up for a free account.  Then click "Explore" and select "Clubs", type in CCC as club name and click "Search".  Find the one from Dayton and click "Join".

Now enter your daily workouts by clicking the "+" in the upper right corner and selecting "Add manual entry".

If you have a GPS watch, you can sync it to automatically upload your workouts.   Click the "+" in the upper right corner and select "Upload activity".  Find your GPS brand and click "Get Started".
